Park Lodge Project was set up in 1972 by local residents who wanted to provide housing for young homeless people.

The organisation is run by a Management Committee. This committee is made up of people who have volunteered to give their own time to manage the project.

Park Lodge manages 5 properties which are listed below:

• 2 Central Avenue

And the outer Houses:

• 23 Knighton Fields Road East
• 5 Scott Street
• 19 Scott Street
• 343 Welford Road

Most young people will start off at 2 Central Avenue where residents and staff can work together on any areas needing support. When a vacancy at an outer house becomes available, residents from Central Avenue will be moved when ready as part of the move on process.

Park Lodge Project Mission Statement

Park Lodge Project is a charity registered company that promises to provide supported accommodation for twenty four young homeless people between the ages of sixteen and twenty five.
Park Lodge Project will provide a safe and supportive place for its entire resident’s. Staff will support all residents to ensure that they have the appropriate skills required for independence; they will also help each resident move successfully into their own flat or other accommodation.
