QHow much do I have to pay rent and how often?

A

Rent is £13.00 per week and is charged every Monday

QHow can I get Sunday dinner at the project?

A

Put your name down on the Sunday Dinner poster which is located on the Notice board, before Thursday.  You will need to be in the front lounge for 12:00pm on Sunday.

 

QHow do I report a fault in my room or around the building e.g. my light does not work, the dryer is not drying my clothes?

A

Fill out a Repairs form which is located in the back lounge at the bottom of the Notice board. Give this to a member of staff and make sure you get a copy as proof of reporting the fault. The staff member will then report your fault to the appropriate person.

QCan I have visitors?

A

Visitors are allowed from 5pm till 11pm at discretion of duty staff. You can have up to 2 guests at any one time and they will need to bring photo I.D so this can be photocopied at the office. Guests must be 16 years old or over and other residents are not allowed in your room whilst you have guests. All guests need to be signed in and out at the office. No overnight guests are allowed.

QWhat do I need to do if there is a fire?

Break the nearest fire alarm button and make your way to the nearest exit. Do not go back to your room to fetch any belongings. Stand across the road from the building where the Central Avenue sign is and wait for further instruction.

QHow do I know when activities are going on?

A

Activities will be put up on notice boards and on the back of the main front door.

QWhat do I do if I am getting bullied?

A

Please talk to any member of staff immediately so this can be resolved. Park Lodge Project does not tolerate bullying of any kind. We will take any matter seriously and will ensure any issues are dealt with sensitively. If you cannot approach staff at the project please try and talk to someone who you trust.

QHow do I make a complaint?

A

The Complaints forms are located on the bottom of the Notice board in the back lounge. Fill one out and address this to the Manager (envelopes are provided) and hand in to the office.

QWhat do I do if I have an accident e.g. cut my hand when cooking?

A

Report this to the member of staff on duty and they will be able to give you the appropriate advice as to whether any medical attention may be needed.
